Passenger in Vehicle
Our client was a passenger in a vehicle stopped on suspicion of drug trafficking. Although charged with trafficking, we persuaded the District Attorney that the State could not prove the drugs found in the vehicle belonged to our client. The trafficking charges were dismissed, sparing our client more than 70 months in prison.

Second DWI, Misdemeanor Child Abuse, & Marijuana Charges
Client charged with DWI, (M) Child Abuse, (M) Possess Marijuana up to 1/2 oz, (M) Possess Marijuana Paraphernalia, Open Container After Consuming Alcohol First, Fail Maintain Lane Control. This was a second DWI within 7 years. I had client complete inpatient rehab prior to court and she was a bee to get almost all of her 30 day sentence credited for the time spent in rehab. The rest of her sentence was suspended and she received probation.
Six Traffic Charges Reduced to $10 Fine & PJC
No Operator's License, Traffic Violations, & Equipment Violations
Client charged with 6 counts of no operators license, failure to wear seatbelt, texting, unsafe tires, and failure to secure load. Plead to failure to wear rear seatbelt for $10 fine and two counts of NOL for which he received prayer for judgement continued (PJC).
Assault by Pointing a Gun & Assault on a Female
Both Dismissed
Our client faced charges of assault by pointing a gun and assault on a female. As the case was prepared for trial, the State’s witness failed to appear in court. We objected to the State’s request for a continuance, and the State was forced to take a dismissal of both charges.

Our client was charged with first-degree burglary, robbery with a dangerous weapon, felony conspiracy, and injury to personal property. Through negotiation, we secured a plea to injury to personal property only. All remaining charges—including the serious felonies—were dismissed.

Our client faced four separate DWI charges and an additional charge of assault by pointing a gun. We successfully had three of the four DWI charges dismissed, along with the assault charge.

Following a traffic stop in which officers discovered marijuana packaged in a manner they believed indicated intent to sell, our client was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver. We negotiated a resolution requiring completion of community service and a drug assessment. Upon compliance, all charges were dismissed and subsequently expunged from our client’s record.
