Deanna Tetterton is a native of Carteret County. She is a graduate of East Carolina University’s Paralegal studies program. She has worked as a legal assistant and paralegal at the Tetterton Law Firm from the beginning. Deanna has been instrumental in the daily running of Tetterton Law Firm since its inception, having helped open the firm.
She has served on the Wake County PTO, Carteret County PTA, Carteret County Parent Advisory Council, and Kids Vote NC. She is a past member of the Junior League of Raleigh and enjoyed every placement she served on.
In her free time, she enjoys hand-stitching leather bags for Cope & Co. as well as hiking, boating, and spending time with her family.
